Noida Police Files Chargesheet Against YouTuber Elvish Yadav: Details Inside

The Noida police have filed a chargesheet against well-known YouTuber and winner of Big Boss OTT, Elvish Yadav, along with seven others. The charges involve a range of allegations, including snake smuggling and arranging rave parties.

According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Noida, the 1200-page chargesheet revealed that Elvish Yadav was in communication with snake charmers. Additionally, it was noted that a poisonous snake and 20 milliliters of venom from the Krait species were seized from the premises.

In November of the previous year, the PFA organization lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against six individuals, including Elvish Yadav. The FIR was filed at the Noida Sector 49 police station, accusing them of supplying snake venom believed to be intended for use as a recreational substance at a rave party in Noida.

Following the directive of Gautam Buddha Nagar Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh, the case was shifted from Noida’s Sector 49 police station to Sector 20 police station. Subsequently, on March 17, Elvish Yadav, along with five others, was apprehended by the police. They were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. Elvish Yadav was released on bail by the Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court five days following his arrest.

Subsequently, the police apprehended two additional suspects in the case, identified as Ishwar and Vinay. Both individuals are residents of Haryana and are reported to be acquainted with Elvish Yadav.
