Governor’s speech as a depiction of better functioning and a bundle of lies respectively

During the ongoing budget session on the discussion of the Governor’s address in the Haryana assembly, the legislators from the ruling party and the main opposition party Congress termed it as success stories of the government and better functioning and a bundle of lies respectively. Expressing their views over the same, the legislators of the opposite faction Congress said that

It is disappointing and a bundle of lies stating that we expected it to reflect the ground reality but there was no mention of tall promises of government. The MLAs of the ruling BJP and JJP said that it is a depiction of better functioning and the excellent implementation of government politics for all sections of the society. Amid this, a significant development occurred in the house after Balraj Kundua independent MLA was named by Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa asking him to leave the house citing not following rules and regulations. Notably, every legislator was allowed to speak for a maximum of 8 minutes but despite the passing fixed times, he continued expressing his views over several issues and in wake of this, naming him, the speaker issued directions to the Marshals deployed in assembly to take him out but as soon as the marshal headed towards him in a bid to follow the instructions, Balraj Kundu, he himself opted out to leave the house.

On behalf of the ruling BJP, MLAs Abhay Singh Yadav, Krishna Midda, Ram Kumar Kashyap, Jagdish Kashyap etc. said that the government has been successful on every front so far while JJP’s Ramkumar Gautam said that the government has done excellent work in all spheres in a bid to benefit all sections of the society and the dream of Ram temple has been fulfilled only because of PM Narendra Modi. On the other hand, Congress and independent MLAs left no opportunity to corner the government while speaking on the Governor’s address.

Taking on the the government fiercely, Congress MLAs including Kuldeep Vats, Raghbir Kadyan, Sheeshpal Keharwal, Rao Chiranjeevi,Jagbir Malik, Surender Pawar, Aftab Ahmad and independent Balraj Kundu cornered the government on the issues of women’s safety, wrestlers, unemployment and farmers, saying that the government could not fulfill its promises.

Besides, over the issue of farmers, the Congress MLAs said that the government is leaving no stone unturned to leave the farmers in a state of disparity and distress befooling them over their prolonged demands.

In place of fulfilling its promises of implementation of MSP made earlier, it is using tear gas and lathi charge on the agitating farmers sitting on borders for the fulfillment of their demands which clearly depicts the ill intentions of the government. All the Congress MLAs said that the farmers are peacefully sitting on strike to fulfill their demands but forts are being laid by barricading their way. Common authorities of the people are being snatched away. All the roads have been closed by the government due to which the common people are facing problems.
