Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal stated on Sunday the entire nation is experiencing a harmonious environment. The vision of Ram Rajya envisioned by Mahatma Gandhi refers to an ideal rule where service to the poor, equal respect for all, and opportunities for everyone to progress democratically are provided.
Addressing a gathering at a program in Panchkula on Sunday, Manohar Lal expressed his commitment to serving the state and society with determination since 1977.
He highlighted that for nearly the past 9 years, he has been moving forward with the sentiment of ‘Haryana, one Haryanvi, one’ while serving more than 2.80 crore people of the state. The state government, keeping Antyodaya as its foundation, has implemented several welfare schemes to ensure every poor person gets their due rights. These schemes not only benefit the economically weaker sections but also contribute to their dignified living in society.
The Chief Minister mentioned that through the “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra,” millions of people are not only gaining awareness about various public interest schemes of the central and state governments but are also reaping their benefits. He noted that people in the state are now availing benefits of schemes through online means from the comfort of their homes. Over the past 9 years, he has streamlined processes related to offices, documents, and residence permits for the people.
Manohar Lal commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an outstanding leader who has enhanced India’s prestige globally. He stated that under the Prime Minister’s leadership, the country’s honor and respect have increased worldwide. He emphasized that India is on the path to becoming the third-largest economic power globally in the coming years. The Prime Minister has taken a pledge to develop India into a prosperous nation by 2047.
