The newly appointed Cabinet Minister of Rajasthan and BJP MLA from Jhadol Vidhan Sabha constituency, Babulal Kharadi, received a death threat in a WhatsApp group. Following this, he filed a complaint with the police.
After Minister Kharadi received a death threat, there was a stir in the police administration. However, the police detained a youth who issued the threat within an hour.
After taking the oath as the Cabinet Minister, MLA Babulal Kharadi, who represents the Jhadol Vidhan Sabha constituency, visited Udaipur for the first time on Sunday. His first day was dedicated to the people of Udaipur and the surrounding areas.
On Wednesday, he shared information about his tour on social media. In which, he mentioned the schedule for the development camps at 10 am, Mandwa Gram Panchayat, Bakhal at 11 am, Kodaamal at 12 pm, Khajuriya Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Shivir at 12:30 pm, Dadhmata Vikasit Bharat Shivir at 1:30 pm, and Nayavas Gorakunda Mataji at 3 pm.
The place where he received the threat not to come is in the Kotda region.
There is a temple of Mataji in Gorakunda. A WhatsApp group named ‘Jai Shree Mata Gorakunda Wali Nayava…’ has been created by the residents of that area.
On Wednesday, a screenshot of this group went viral. In which, at 8:17 am, the message about the Minister’s tour program was posted. After that, at 3:53 pm, consecutive messages came from a person named Mukesh Kumar. It was written, “Tell Babulal Kharadi to think twice before arriving at Gorakunda Mataji.”
After that, another message was sent, “Does he ever think about people?” The third message was sent, “Whether he wants to die or live.” The last and fourth message was sent, “If he gets caught, he will die.”
During this, inappropriate language was used in the WhatsApp group against the Minister. In response to this, Kharadi lodged a complaint with the local Kotda police station.
