‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ arrives, set to educate public for three months in Sirsa

The “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” has reached Sirsa today, receiving a warm welcome upon its arrival. The procession features a large screen displaying a documentary based on the developmental works during the 9-year terms of the central and Haryana governments. In the village of Badagurha in Sirsa, a program has been organized to mark the journey’s arrival, attended by Haryana’s Cabinet Minister Chaudhary Ranjit Singh Chautala, MP Sunil Duggal, Aditya Chautala, Chairman of the Haryana Marketing Board, and DC Parth Gupta, among other dignitaries.
This tour is slated to last for the next three months in Sirsa district, encompassing visits to all villages and towns. The primary objective is to raise awareness among the general public about the policies of the central and Haryana governments. Through this journey, citizens have the opportunity to present their concerns, with district administration officials assigned the duty of addressing and resolving these issues.
Speaking to the media, Haryana’s Cabinet Minister Chaudhary Ranjit Singh Chautala stated that the yatra was initiated by the central government, and arrangements for 57 vans have been made in Haryana. He mentioned that the yatra would cover all villages and towns in Sirsa district until January 25. The purpose is to enlighten the public about the achievements of the central and Haryana governments over the past 9 years. He lauded the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s similar program, emphasizing the rapid development under the leadership of PM Modi and Haryana CM Manohar Lal.
Chautala highlighted the proactive approach of PM Modi in directly engaging with the citizens through online platforms, allowing people to establish direct contact, a commendable initiative. He emphasized that such a program has never been undertaken by any previous Prime Minister and noted that it yields positive results visible to the people.
