Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP has started ground preparations. After the change in the team of district heads in September, preparations are now being made to make changes in the booth, sector and mandal teams. During the booth empowerment campaign, a list of changes has been made in booths, sectors and divisions. This list will be released by the end of this month. BJP’s intention behind making this change before the elections is to strengthen the organisation at ground level.

BJP had sought reports of booths, sectors and mandals through the booth empowerment campaign. It will be seen whether the team of 16 members from booth to mandal is complete or not. According to the report received by the BJP, out of 1.64 lakh booths, there were about 22 thousand booths which were considered weak. Even the workers were not complete. For this, the BJP has made complete preparations. BJP state president Bhupendra Chaudhary says that 10 to 15 per cent of the presidents and teams will be changed in the booth.

Also, five to seven per cent of sector presidents and 15 to 16 per cent of mandal presidents will be changed. This complete list has been prepared after the consent of the organisation’s General Secretary. He says that in fact, there was a need to strengthen the organization up to the booth level. The booth workers work to bring and convince the voters during elections. The list will be released by the end of this month. The BJP is also preparing to change the fronts before the elections. For the time being, changes can be made in leadership of Backward Class Morcha, Youth Morcha and Minority Morcha.

Backward Class Morcha President Narendra Kashyap has been made a minister in the government. This list can also be released in November. Earlier, BJP state president Bhupendra Chaudhary had changed two-thirds of the district metropolitan and district presidents in the entire state before the Lok Sabha elections in September. New metropolitan and district presidents were made in 69 districts of BJP’s organisational 98 districts. The BJP is not leaving any stone unturned to get the battle ready for 2024. The CM had launched Mission 80 seats and the ground preparations have begun since a few months.
