Emilie Pesante is like an army swiss knife. She is a Cinematographer, Director, Producer, Editor… She was born and raised in Marseille, a city in the South of France. After her studies at the National School of Audiovisual, she moved to Paris to start her career as Cinematographer. Emilie worked on many well-known French TV programs that received record ratings with millions of viewers. She was also hired as Director of video reports for the TV show CCVB and 100% Mag, which are watched by millions of people in France, Belgium and Switzerland. In 2018, Emilie started to work as Director on the new series documentary Les Mamans, which aired daily on 6ter and produced by Warner Bros France. This show enjoys a huge success each season.

 

Emilie Pesante was looking for a new adventure and she moved to Los Angeles. It was bold because she was unknown in the American industry. She had to build her network and create opportunities to work on big shows. With her talent and her persistence, it paid off!

Emilie worked on successful American shows such as : The Price is Right and The Young and The Restless aired on CBS, You Bet Your Life with Jay Leno, Pictionary with the actor Jerry O’Connell, which aired on Fox. She did Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother for CBS… And on top of that, she worked on The Morning Show season 3 starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, on Apple TV+.

 

Emilie PESANTE has been called to cover the Youth Olympic games next January in South Korea. We are looking forward to seeing how it goes.
