BJP’s Yatra surges amidst Congress criticism

The BJP’s “Parivartan Sankalp Yatra” is currently underway in Ajmer and Nagaur districts of Rajasthan. BJP leader Satish Poonia stated that the yatra has been receiving strong support and blessings from the people of Rajasthan.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a historic convention of booth-level workers from across the state on September 25, which is expected to boost BJP’s prospects in the upcoming elections.
Regarding the infighting within the Congress, Satish Poonia said that Sachin Pilot is his good friend, and if the Congress could promote new leadership in the state, Sachin Pilot should have been the Chief Minister.
The “Parivartan Sankalp Yatra” began in Ajmer and will cover various assembly constituencies in the region. The BJP leadership, including Arun Singh, Dr Satish Poonia, and Rajendra Gehlot, addressed party workers and the general public during the yatra.
Satish Poonia highlighted several issues in Rajasthan, including water crises, power cuts, high electricity bills, illegal encroachments, and law and order problems, which the Congress-led government has failed to address.
He also mentioned that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, the Modi government has transferred over 2 lakh crore rupees to more than 11 crore farmers across the country, benefiting lakhs of farmers in Rajasthan as well.
Poonia criticized the Congress government in Rajasthan for not fulfilling its promises, especially regarding loan waivers for farmers, which has led to distress among them. He also pointed out the issue of unemployment, paper leaks in recruitment exams, and other governance-related problems under the Congress rule.
Poonia compared the governance model of Gujarat under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership to the BJP’s efforts in Rajasthan, highlighting the strong BJP presence and efficient governance in Gujarat, which he believes can be replicated in Rajasthan under the BJP.
The BJP’s “Parivartan Sankalp Yatra” in Rajasthan is gaining momentum, with the party leaders addressing various issues and criticizing the Congress government’s performance in the state. The yatra aims to strengthen the BJP’s position in Rajasthan ahead of the upcoming elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to address a convention of booth-level workers in the state on September 25, which is anticipated to be a significant event for the BJP.
