A program named “Kamal Rakhi Sangam” was organized by the BJP. The event organizer Sarita Yogi, along with others, tied rakhi to Dr. Satish Poonia, the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. On this occasion, Satish Poonia stated that the BJP is the first party in the country to provide 33% reservation for women in its party. Now, it has the highest number of women MPs in the country. The Kamal Rakhi Sangam program is organized to increase women’s participation and competence.
Event organizer Sarita Yogi said, “We try to work for the welfare of all, like a family. We have focused on various schemes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, such as Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and Ujjwala Yojana, and worked to implement them.”
Satish Poonia targeted the Congress government in Rajasthan, saying that crimes against women are increasing in the state. He stated, “Our effort will be to ensure that no criminal can harm women in Rajasthan once our government is in power. We will strengthen the law and order situation in the state and ensure respect for women.”
