However, there are also many things that can be done to combat this epidemic, including incorporating specific foods into your diet.
1. Ashwagandha, an herb used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties. It is also effective in lowering cortisol levels.
2. Moringa is known for its numerous health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and has been shown to help reduce symptoms of depression.
3. Brahmi, also known as Bacopa, is known for its cognition enhancing properties and has been shown to help reduce symptoms of depression.
