Meanwhile, the opposition parties are expected to make a powerful statement by boycotting the ceremony. The Indian National Congress (INC), led by President Mallikarjun Kharge, is set to prominently express their dissent. Mamata Banerjee, the fiery leader of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), is also expected to boycott the event, drawing attention with her strong stance against the ruling party. The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is set to be represented by its president, M.K Stalin, as they stand united in their decision to abstain from the inauguration.
