11th edition of the Delhi Literature Festival is here

The 11th edition of the Delhi Literature Festival saw its curtain raiser today at Kunzum Books, Greater Kailash II, New Delhi this Saturday. The 11th edition of the biggest literature festival in Delhi starts from the 17 March.
The 3-day festival that will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister of Labour and Employment, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav will see writers like William Dalrymple, Indian filmmaker and fashion designer Muzaffar Ali, Dr. Anand Ranganathan, Samantha Kocchar, Advaita Kala, Kaveree Bamzai, Sahitya Akademi awardee Dr. Anamika, Rachna Bisht Rawat, Kevin Missal, Vineet Bajpai, scholar and professor at the Columbia University Yogi Trivedi, singer, Padmashri Awardee and Member of Parliament Hans Raj Hans, Manoj Tiwari amongst others.
Actress Shrutee Choudharywho was in the Netflix series Decoupled and now also writer, was in Delhi for an insightful chat with Dr. Amna Mirza on her book A Garage Sale of Lovelorn Things. Ajay Sharma the founding director of the festival welcomed everyone and shared the vision of this year’s festival coinciding with Aazadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations. Bharati Bhargava, Co-founder for the Delhi Literature Festival shared the journey of the festival in the last 11 years.  The Delhi Literature Festival has witnessed active participation from acclaimed and popular authors, poets, bloggers and writers including Ashwin Sanghi and Anupam Kher.
