EXPRESSING GRATITUDE 

At least a small portion of each day should be devoted to showing someone how much you care. A little gratitude goes a long way when it comes to being thankful. Furthermore, showing gratitude frequently results in receiving it in return, and receiving it is joyful. Don’t be reluctant to express gratitude, because doing so will ultimately make you happier.

EATING WELL 

Even though we frequently give our daily meals little thought, our diet has a significant impact on how we feel.
