In the Cyrus Mistry death case 152-page evidence has been submitted by the police, said Balasaheb Patil, Superintendent of Police, Palghar.

“Cyrus Mistry and his co-passenger were killed in the accident that took place on September 4, 2022, under the limits of the Kasa police station. We have collected all the evidence regarding the findings, done by our Investigation Officer in the last four months. A forensic lab report also has been received. Along with this, the report of Mercedes Benz and RTO has also been received. On the same basis, we have filed a charge sheet yesterday after collecting all the evidence to prove the mistakes made by the driver and to prove the charges against him,” the police personnel said.

In connection with the Cyrus Mistry accident case on Wednesday a chargesheet was filed by Palghar Police in a local court.

Meanwhile, the former Tata Sons chairman on 14 September 2022, lost his life in a car accident in the Palghar district.

After four months after the death of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry and a co-passenger chargesheet was filed.

Moreover, during the car accident, there were four people in which two died on the spot and two were shifted to the hospital.

Besides Mistry, one more person who died has been identified as Jahangir Dinsha Pandole.

However, while driving the car driver of the car Mistry lost control and rammed into the divider.

Furthermore, of Tata Sons Cyrus Mistry was the sixth chairman and in October 2016 Mistry was ousted from the position. Later N Chandrasekaran took over as Executive Chairman of Tata Sons.
