FIVE BOLLYWOOD FILMS THAT GAVE US MAJOR WINTER TRAVEL GOALS

The winter is here. Many travel freaks love to explore the winters in the mountains, as it offers a scenic view and one kind of an experience. Bollywood has been essential at some points for the inspiration. Some movies have been inspirational to the extent that they’ve made us pack bags and dwell in mountains to embrace the essence of winter. Here are five Bollywood films that gave us major winter travel goals.

QALA

The period musical drama portrayed many scenic visuals of snow-capped mountains and presented us with the vintage look of the mountainous beauty and snowfall. Tripti Dimri was onboard for the lead, and the film was an Anvita Dutta directorial release in 2022.

YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI

Bunny, as portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor, set a high standard for life and friendship by living life to the fullest. Shot in various locations across Manali, the film stylised the mountains as a must-visit place on your bucket list.

JAB TAK HAI JAAN

Whenever we think about Jammu and Kashmir, as well as Ladakh, what comes to our mind are their heavenly mountain beauty. The snow, the valleys, the waterfalls, and pahadowali chai. All these memories are captured in Yash Chopra’s directorial Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The film had an ensemble cast of Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.

LOOTERA

Vikramaditya Motwane presented us with a gem in the form of Lootera. Its soundplay and melancholy songs remind anyone of winter. The period look, scenery, and character setting all just dwell in the locational beauty. Sonakshi Sinha reminded us of every winter memory and gave us major travel goals.

ROCKSTAR

Ranbir Kapoor‘s Rockstar is a delight to viewers as it was shot in the panoramic location of Kashmir Valley, featuring snow capped mountains and lush green meadows. It will force you to go on a backpacking trip to Kashmir.
