The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported the destruction of 500 enemy infrastructures in southern Lebanon, including the neutralization of underground facilities and the elimination of numerous terrorists. In addition, many tunnels were destroyed, and over 100 weapons caches were found and dismantled.
The IDF’s 36th “Ga’ash” Division, along with units from the Golani Infantry Brigade, the Etzioni Infantry Brigade (Res.), the 188th Armoured Brigade, and the 282nd Artillery Brigade, are operating in southern Lebanon. These forces are working in coordination with the Oketz “Sting” Canine Unit, the Yahalom (Diamond) Combat Engineers Special Forces Unit, and other specialized teams.

The Golani Brigade forces eliminated the Hezbollah commander in the Maroun El Ras area and crippled the enemy’s rocket launch and raid capabilities.
Meanwhile, the 188th Armoured Brigade destroyed a major terror headquarters in the Yaroun area, which was a key hub for Hezbollah’s operations against Israel.
The Etzioni Brigade dismantled numerous underground infrastructures and raided nature reserves that were supposedly run by the organization “Green Without Borders,” but were actually serving as Hezbollah headquarters.
The 282nd Artillery Brigade provided covering fire for IDF forces maneuvering in Lebanese territory. Working closely with the Air Force, they destroyed multiple Hezbollah infrastructure sites and launchers in the area.
