It’s also calorie-dense with minimal nutritional value, contributing to “empty calorie” intake and potential weight gain.
Sugary Cereals
Though often considered a healthy breakfast option, sugary cereals can lead to quick spikes in blood sugar levels, resulting in a burst of energy followed by a crash.
