Jaipur international film festival will be organized from 9th Feb to 13th Feb in the pink city of Jaipur. The outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award of JIFF 2024 will be given to Hindi cinema’s renowned and senior actress Kamini Kaushal. Along with him, cine historian Muralidhar Soni [M D Soni], the author of the Encyclopaedia of Rajasthani Cinema, shall also receive the Lifetime Achievement Award. Hanu Roj, Founder and Director of JIFF, made this announcement in Jaipur on Wednesday.
Talking about the iconic actress Kamini Kaushal he said that she made a debut in films in the year 1946 and has made a major contribution to Hindi cinema. This 97-year-old actress will be given this honour at her home in Mumbai.
