Srijan Charitable Trust is going to organise a unique event on the day of Basant Panchami at Siddhpeeth Salasar Dham near Sujangarh. Shyam Sundar Aggarwal of the Trust will conduct a mass marriage of 116 couples of Sarvas Samaj on 14th February on the day of Basant Panchami.
This Sarva Samaj mass marriage conference has become a topic of discussion, the engagement ceremony of which was held today at Shri Balaji Gaushala. In the engagement ceremony, all the couples garlanded each other and put on rings, during which many saints from the surrounding areas were present.
Aggarwal said that no fee will be charged for the marriage from the couples or their families.
Organising Committee Chairman Ramjilal Pujari said, “At the same time, gifts worth about two lakh rupees will also be given to each bride. These include everything from jewellery, furniture and clothes to items of daily use.” It is worth noting that Kolkata expatriate Shyam Aggarwal organised the marriage of 78 couples from all the communities through Srijan Charitable Trust last year also. This time this number has increased to 116.
