CHANDRAPUR: One fatality and two presumed missing during a Ganpati idol immersion in Chandrapur’s Gosikhurd canal. Tragedy struck as a group ventured into the canal, resulting in five individuals struggling in the water. Sachin Mohurle’s lifeless body was found, but brothers Nikesh and Sandeep Gundawar remain unaccounted for. District disaster management personnel are leading search efforts in Saoli tehsil, situated 59 kilometers from the district headquarters.
